Not much just easy to go Vietnamese sub places in Austin except Baguette House. Their subs are pretty good, but not a fan of the French baguette bread. Wish they had the traditional viet style baguette bread. The bread was abit hard that it cut my gums. The filling like the mayo, pate and cold cuts were good but just felt like they cheap out with the filling. For now it’s my to go viet sub place.

This has been one of our favorite banh mi spots in Austin for years. We love their baguettes! The price is reasonable and honestly they are so good. My kids love it too! We always order their #1.

Food is okay for Vietnamese standards. There are a lot of people gathering in front of the store and smoking :(. The good thing is the store opens early in the morning. It's good for a quick to-go, not for dining.

I have eaten here probably 20 times even though I live 4 hours from here. I make a special stop off of I37 and try to time Austin for when I will be hungry. I get the chicken Banh Mi usually although sometimes Grilled Beef. It is always excellent. The sandwich is the perfect size. If I ate like this every day I would lose a little weight, but only very slowly. Its a great lunch or dinner. A child of mine would eat it for breakfast. Given the prices of less than $7 it is also one of the more economical places. I have only had the Banh Mi.

I ordered $50 worth of pork spring rolls for a party. It was embarrassing serving my guests these rolls. The LOOK - They are NOT properly rolled. They were messy and not visually appealing. The TASTE - The 'pink' meat was tasteless. The peanut sauce was embarrassing ! I can easily mix some hoisin sauce with some hot water at home and it would taste the same or better. People paid good money and expected better than this. My family has been coming here for years and Baguette House' standards have gone down significantly . This will be my last time coming here.

Nice and quick spot to grab a banh mi. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and a pate chaud. The prices are reasonable. The baguette was delicious. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The pate chaud wasn’t greasy or stale.

No frills, fast service, fresh bread. You can also order ahead! Hard to find a better lunch for under $10 in Austin.

Delicious crispy sandwiches. Hard to find a place here with pate and house specials. We were going to try the food trucks but ended up here. We used to pick these up and take them to San Antonio too. Very good service and quick. We will be back. Thank you!

Fast counter service type of place. My go to is the vegetarian bahn mi, which is a tofu/seitan mix that's super juicy, plenty of pickled veg and cilantro on the freshest crunchy baguette. Huge and only like $7.
